Portrait of Dr. Fady Hannah-Shmouni

About the author

Fady Hannah-Shmouni, MD FRCPC

Physician, investor, venture builder — engineering the future of healthspan.

Dr. Hannah-Shmouni is a clinical endocrinologist and biochemical geneticist with a career dedicated to advancing precision medicine, genomics, and digital health. He is the Founder & CEO of Hormonaly.ai — the agentic infrastructure for peptide, hormone, and longevity medicine, providing GRADE-rated evidence synthesis and workflow tools for clinicians worldwide — and serves as Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of British Columbia.

Earlier in his career, he led academic and clinical research programs at the National Institutes of Health, where his work focused on cortisol and growth hormone dysregulation. That research has contributed to more than 100 peer-reviewed publications — 94 indexed on PubMed — shaping the global understanding of stress physiology and endocrine disorders. Every Hormonaly Press guide draws on this clinical and research background, with recommendations graded against the peer-reviewed literature.
